Founded in 2022, Pinecone Leadership emerged from a need for nature-conscious leadership models and practices and nurturing work environments in the nordic corporate culture.
In today's complex business environment, leaders often find themselves overwhelmed, lacking the opportunity to cultivate the essential skills needed to harmonize their internal and external work environments. Our vision is to serve as a light house for pioneering the establishment of conscious leadership cultures not only in the Nordics but globally.

In our flagship-programme, Pinecone X, we offer a transformation journey for both established executives and emerging talents. Through an immersive four-month programme, integrating nature connection, design thinking, deep breaths, and cognitive behavioral coaching, participants will embark on a profound exploration of self-discovery and renewal.
The journey invites you to recalibrate and refine your leadership direction, vision, and lifestyle, empowering you to reach new horizons and depths in your practice.
Combining nature, design processes, modern coaching and ancient traditions of nature connection, we bring a powerful toolkit to our time together.
Our main design feature is the design exercise Empty the Backpack, where we come together to let go of what is no longer needed and bring new tools to the table that suit the dynamics of our current personal and professional cultures.
Our tools come from a wide range of disciplines: growth mindset, yoga science, ecosomatics, deep psychology, neuroscience, archetypes and quantum mechanics to mention a few.
