Caroline Hargreaves
Heart Director, Programmes and Transformation, Communications.
Caroline is an ecotherapist, creative strategist and deep ecology designer known for her artful attention to detail and quality. She empowers individuals and ecosystems to move through blockages and gain clarity as they ignite their visions for a thriving future. As Heart of Programmes for Pinecone, she is responsible for designing and facilitating our transformational experiences and retreats, as well as managing - and expanding our wisdom reservoirs.
With a background from international diplomacy, peace processes and strategic communication, Caroline is passionate about resolving conflicts and cultivating relationships that bring forward our true essence and wholeness, removing the layers between separation and the full realization of our human potential and expression.
Caroline is educated as a political scientist with an MSc from London School of Economics (LSE) and an MA University of St. Andrews, and has completed the Diplomatic Training Programme (Aspirantkurset) with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has also completed the Regenerative Leadership Programme with Regenerator.co, is a certified forest therapy guide with Association for Nature- and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and a certified yoga- and meditation teacher. She is currently studying Craniosacral Therapy with Vaajma and Ayurvedic Healing at the American Institute of Vedic Sciences.
Before joining Pinecone, she dedicated three years to restoring a deep personal relationship with nature, educating herself as a healer and guide, while holding space for transformative retreats in wild nature locations. She went on to found Norwegian Sage, a platform for regenerative wisdom and practice, with offerings within ecotherapy, healing, ceremony, ritual and pathfinding. Her circles and council sessions are inspired by shamanic and global indigenous traditions blended with her nordic heritage and roots. She works closely with the plant realm and makes herbal remedies from the nordic ecology.
Her practice and art studio is currently based in Nordre Frogn, Norway, where she offers 1:1 sessions and guidance.
